CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly give us call or drop us an email, your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in next 24 hours of time. (If not dispatched)
If you chose to pay Cash on Delivery, the refund will be credited in the form an NEFT transfer to your bank account. For an NEFT transfer we would require the following details:
- Bank Name
- Account Holder Name
- Bank Account Number
- Branch Address
- IFSC Code
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your order. This may have occurred for several reasons:
- The product is out of stock or has been discontinued.
- There were inaccuracies or errors in the pricing information.
If you need to modify your address details or make any changes to your order after placing it, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team by dropping an email or giving us a call as soon as possible with your updated address information. This needs to be done before the order is shipped to ensure the changes can be made.
If you wish to make changes such as modifying the details of your order, reach out to customer support promptly. They will assist you in modifying your order if it has not yet been processed for shipment.
For both types of modifications, it's crucial to act quickly and provide all necessary information to ensure your request can be accommodated.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If you want to return/replace a product on Ivikta, please follow these steps:

If you paid using Cash on Delivery, your refund will be processed via NEFT transfer to your bank account. For an NEFT transfer, we will need the following details:
Bank Account Number
Account Holder's Name
Bank Name
Branch Name
IFSC Code
We typically take 5-7 working days to process your refund request. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds can be issued via NEFT transfer to your bank account.
We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, if you receive an incorrect product, please submit a replacement request within 7 days of delivery. You also have the option to request a refund for the product.
IVIKTA offers the flexibility to replace or return products purchased within 7 days of receiving your order.
You may choose to return or replace a product if:
- You are dissatisfied with its quality.
- The product does not fit correctly.
- You receive a defective item.
To be eligible for return or replacement, all items must be unused and in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.

Yes, changes are only possible, before order is placed.
No modification is possible in already placed order.
No, registration is not mandatory to shop on Ivikta. You can log in as a guest and shop without any limitations.
However, we recommend creating an account with us. This allows you to store your information with us, eliminating the need to enter your details every time you shop.
If you encounter issues logging in, please follow these instructions:
- Double-check your login details. Your username is the email address you used for registration.
- Ensure that your web browser is set to accept cookies.
- If you have forgotten your password, reset it using the 'Forgot your Password' link on the sign-in page.
- If the system is undergoing maintenance, please try logging in again after 30 minutes.
If you are still unable to access your account, please contact our Customer Care team. We will resolve the issue promptly.
PAYMENTS
PAYMENTS
NEFT refunds are only applicable for Cash on Delivery orders. If you made your payment using a credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be processed using the same mode of payment.
The modes of payment for purchasing on Ivikta are:
- Credit/Debit Cards: You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express cards.
- Net Banking: You can make payment through net banking for major banks in India.
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface): You can use UPI apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, or any other UPI-enabled app.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): You can choose to pay cash when your order is delivered to you.
Please note that the availability of these payment methods may vary depending on your location and the product you are purchasing.
We apologize for the inconvenience. If your transaction failed but the money was deducted from your account, please visit our website's Contact Us page and provide your transaction details. We will investigate the issue promptly. If we have not received the funds, they will be refunded to your account.
